Please read these terms carefully before using Previewops.
By accessing or using Previewops (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. By using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal development and testing workflows.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to keep your authentication credentials secure and to promptly notify us at hello@previewops.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Service uses GitHub OAuth to authenticate users. By connecting your GitHub account, you authorise Previewops to read your GitHub profile, organisation membership, and repository metadata as necessary to operate the Service. We do not have access to your GitHub password.
You may revoke the Service's access to your GitHub account at any time via your GitHub settings. Revoking access will deactivate your Previewops account and may delete associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.
Previewops offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of current plans and pricing are available at /pricing. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, immediately and without notice where the breach is serious.
The Service, including all software, documentation, and visual design, is the intellectual property of the Previewops team. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.
You retain full ownership of your code, container images, and any data you deploy through the Service. You grant Previewops a limited licence to process and store such content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described there.
For accounts using BYOC Credentials, your cloud provider credentials are encrypted with a customer-managed or service-managed key before storage. Credentials are decrypted in memory only at the moment a deployment is executed and are never written to logs or disk in plaintext.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency operations that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
Preview Environments are ephemeral. We do not guarantee the persistence of any deployed environment beyond the pull request lifecycle or any configured TTL period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Previewops and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (i) the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD $100.
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the Previewops GitHub App and cancelling any active subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our retention policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or via a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
